This weekend clergy and lay Catholics should be aware that the Archdiocese of Washington is now, and has been under investigation by the State of Maryland Criminal investigators. If you have evidence contact the State investigators. These investigations originated because of the horrible, destructive and fatal sexual abuse or assault crimes committed by priests; and of course the dee decades old and ongoing denials and cover ups carried out by Church clergy and lay staff. Since the 1950s and 1960sand in the decades since then there have been hundreds of criminal actions carried out by our Catholic clergy and knowledgeable Lay Catholics.
Particular individual priests have faced possible criminal indictments. Of course auxiliary bishops, bishops and Cardinals have been or might be a part of past or ongoing investigations. CrimInal cover ups require teamwork. For years priests, Laity and our Archbishops have known about the boy and girl— both trusting Catholic kids—-who were raped separately by two different priests in Southern Maryland. They were told to shut up and were falsely accused of being liars—- by the Archdiocese of Washington clergy. Both acts of denial and “accusing the victims” is an old traditional defense strategy used by the Catholic Church. Tragedy is clearly recognizable in the losses of these two kids who took their own lives.
These two children died as a result of their being raped by priests; and the follow up of Church denials and manipulation. Why do we as Church spend Millions of Dollars annually protecting sexual abuse crimes carried out by priests. They were respectful and kind rape victim. But our Church still protects these two ordained rapists.
Remember, these two priests destroyed not only these two innocent two children, but also their families and other loved ones. Here is what was destroyed: These two innocent kids missed getting their first job, getting their drivers license, going to their high school prom, graduating high school and going to college, the military, trade school or starting their own company. They missed being able to vote or becoming a legal adult. They missed the option to marry and most probably have children. They missed the option to become grandparents. They were denied a career. And they were denied marriage. They were denied mist of their unfolding lifetimes! The Church determined they were not worth unavailing to the public. Who is the Church to make this legal decision? This ongoing State investigation should partner with the FBI. Justice for these two kids and other kids is way past due!
Today’s clergy and maybe Church laypeople are deliberately stonewalling and covering up. The priest who heads the Archdiocese of Washington Archives and a Canon Lawyer, has yet to give State investigators access to the necessary Church documents. Lacking such access makes it nearly impossible for investigators to more thoroughly clarify matters, including the roles carried out by priests and laity in both past or ongoing cover ups. This can include the possible destruction of evidence concerning the above two kids. This Canon Lawyer has been unwilling to work in a more cooperative way with the State of Maryland investigators. He could willingly provide them with greater access to the Archdiocesan Archives. But he chooses not to do thus! Is this unwillingness a crime?
Our most recent and current Archbishops and staff personally assured me they would review this matter. Guess what!!! To date our current Archbishop of Washington like his episcopal predecessors looks the other way. He fails to review other possible crimes committed by priests here in the Archdiocese of Washington. Cover ups continue. Where is law enforcement?
These two clerical rape victims and dozens of other children and vulnerable adults who were or remain clerical sex abuse victims deserve true justice. It is now clearer than ever that criminal indictments are necessary if Justice is to be afforded these two and other priestly rape and molestation victims.
Their bodies were attacked by supposedly ordained and sacred hands. These are not priests protecting lives. These are criminal actions being covered up decades later through half truths and other ongoing decades involving criminal behavior. Indictments could result n possible charges like, but certainly not limited to, obstruction of justice, perjury and destruction of evidence.
The vulnerable sex abuse victims of clerical rape and other assault; and all citizens of Maryland deserve to see that this ongoing priestly sex abuse investigation finally opens the windows of true Justice. For decades these windows to truth and evidence have been and are still kept shut by our Church leaders. True Justice for the sex abuse victims requires honesty, courage and truth. Ask “What would Christ do?” Protect kids or lie?!
Decades ago clergy, leaders, priests, politicians and other powerful and influential Roman Catholics covered up for our ordained sexual abusers. Cooperation and cover-up by Roman Catholic priests and laity were, and still are bought and sold. Time will tell us the fullness of truth.
Let us pray these and all Roman Catholic sex abuse victims get their justice—-already far too long denied them. Law enforcement needs to investigate our powerful ordained clergy and laity. Justice for these two young victims and far too many other victims of priestly sexual assaults and rapes is Justice still denied. Already it has been far too many decades. Where are honest Catholic priests and laity? Where is law enforcement working together in partnership?
Do our children and vulnerable adults deserve Justice? I say yes! What do YOU say? What are YOU doing about this? Work for the Truth, Justice and Ways of God. Protect our kids and vulnerable adults. Peace be with you. Amen. Amen.

God help us. What was once "our" church now worships Satan.
May the criminals in the church repent and renounce their evil before it is too late for them to save their own souls.
Blessings and appreciation from Sydney Australia.
